Hanlin Lodge Free-range kids

Situated in the lush Bushveld of the Waterberg area, Hanlin Lodge was established to give visitors who enjoy nature the opportunity to relax in comfort in Bushveld surroundings. Our aim is to offer guests the opportunity to take that much needed break from the hectic demands of today’s lifestyle and be human again.  We offer you a place to give your overloaded senses a break, where you can still see sunrises, sunsets and stars and hear the birds, frogs and crickets.

The lodge was established during 2007 and consists of 4 chalets and 6 camping sites with an open-plan function hall which overlooks the dam on two sides.

Both water and Bushveld birds can be watched from the comfort of your chalet’s deck and in the late afternoons and evenings guest may see various game species coming to drink in the flood-lit area next to the dam, while fish and turtles feast on insects on the water surface.

The terrain and the game farm offer excellent photographic opportunities, a walking trail and fishing.

The lodge is ideal for family breakaways and fun.
