For bookings please fill in and submit the Request form or click here for direct bookings.

Please note that 15% VAT will be charged on all bookings.

Main Lodge (Chalets)

  • Adults @ R782 (VAT incl) per person per night.
  • High school children, students and adults pay full price.
  • Primary school children @ R460 (VAT incl) per child per night
  • Preschool children stay for free.
  • Pensioners during mid-weeks out of season @ R460 (VAT incl) pppn (please place a request).

Campsites:

  • R460 (VAT incl) per stand per night (maximum 4 people).
  • R 138 (VAT incl) per extra person.

Payment arrangements

A 50% deposit is needed to secure a booking. We prefer EFT payments. Please send proof of payment to info@hanlinlodge.co.za with your unique invoice reference number. Sorry we do not have a credit card facility.

All bookings at the chalets over weekends must be for at least two nights.

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your booking within seven days or less of the arrival date you will forfeit 100% of the total booking value. Cancellations within 8-14 days before the arrival date, will forfeit 50% of the total booking amount (or the entire 50% deposit). For cancellations 15-30 days before the arrival date, 30% of the total booking value will be forfeited. Cancellations 31-90 days before the arrival date, will forfeit 20% of the total booking value. All other cancellation will be charged 10% handling fee.
